Peter has lived in the Bilpin/Mt Tomah area since 1984 and has been a member of the brigade since 2000.
He works as a quality manager with Australian Aerospace, a maintenance company contracting to the RAAF base in Richmond. Prior to this Peter has spent time as a cabinet maker, as a RAAF instrument fitter, as a Sea Scout in the 70's and a Hobbie Cat sailor in the 90's.
He has recently bought a block of land in Bilpin CBD and is building his own home there. |

John grew up on Tomah in the 1950's & 60's and has been active in the brigade since 1985. As a farmer he owns and runs the property Northgate, and does some labouring work in the local area. He makes great berry ice-cream! |

Ross has been part of the brigade since its formation in 1961, back then as a junior member aged 14. He is now Horticultural Manager with the Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens and lives at 'Barina' in Charley's Rd. Also the mountain's best potatoe grower! |

Meg has been part of the fire brigade since purchasing 'Greystoke' on Old Bells Line of Road in 2000. During the week she works as a town planner in Ultimo, escaping to Tomah on weekends. |

Bernhard has been involved with the fire brigade since living on Tomah during student days studying at Hawkesbury Agriculture College (now UWS Richmond) in the 1980's. Together with wife Sabine he has since taken over what was then his parents' weekender in Charleys Rd, now Tomah Farm. |

Don & Michelle (below) have been active in the fire brigade since taking up residence at the end of Old Bells Line of Rd on South Tomah in 2005. Don is a signwriter and signage consultant working across NSW. He is one of the few signwriters left who actually still hand-paint their signs! |
